Technical draft
The rules of the service: what it is, what it is not, what you commit to and what falls outside our liability. Section 5 matters most, which is why it is near the top instead of at the end.

The service is an AI travel planner. You describe what you want, the AI proposes a trip structure with days, activities, accommodation and transfers, and you refine it by chat until it works for you.
The service is free for the user in this phase: there are no subscriptions, no payment and we do not charge commission on the bookings you may make yourself with the providers.
The content produced by the AI is a proposal. Checking it, and deciding whether to book, is entirely up to you.
This is the most important point in these terms, which is why it comes first. An itinerary generated by a language model can contain errors, omissions and invented information. Specifically, we give no guarantees about opening hours, prices, availability, entry requirements, entry conditions, allowed luggage, real distances, tides, weather or any other data that depends on the moment.
Before you pay for anything, open the provider's page and check the data there. The price you see in the itinerary is the price the provider returned to us at the time of the query, with its date; it is not a booking, it is not guaranteed and it may have changed. If a data point is wrong, the mistake is the model's, not your booking's: you make the booking yourself, directly with the provider.
We are not a travel agency, we are not a wholesaler and we do not sell tickets. Your contractual relationship is with the provider, and their terms, their schedules and their cancellation policies are the ones that apply.
To use the service with an account you need a valid email address and to be over sixteen. You can use the service without an account: in that case a visitor identifier is stored in a cookie and your trips are tied to that identifier.
One account per person. It is not allowed to create multiple accounts to accumulate advantages, to share access to an account between people who are not the holder, or to register with data that is not yours.
Access works through a single-use link we email you: there is no password that could be stolen or that you would have to reuse somewhere else.
The service is provided as it is. You can use it to plan trips, which is what it exists for, but you cannot use it to automate massive queries against the providers, to extract itineraries in bulk, or to reuse the generated content for non-personal purposes without permission.
There are reasonable usage limits so the service stays usable for everyone: a maximum number of trips generated per hour and per account. An account that exceeds the limit is paused until the period passes.
You cannot use the service to plan activities that are illegal in the destination, nor to organise or advertise illegal activities there.
The amounts shown in the itinerary are the ones the providers returned to us at the moment of the query, and they are shown with the date of that query. They are indicative prices and they can change at any time. When an amount is for a specific person it says so; when it is a total it says so too, so you do not have to add it up by hand.
The product does not charge, does not take commission and does not process payments. There is no payment data in our systems, precisely because there is no payment gateway. You make the booking yourself, on the provider's site, with your own payment methods and in your own name.
The full package price is not published yet. When it is, we will state whether it includes commission, whether the price is guaranteed and for how long. Until then, no figure in the product is a binding offer.
You decide what information you put into the service. If you write another person's document number, or describe someone travelling with you, or attach a document that belongs to someone else, that information ends up in the conversation and may become part of the context sent to the AI provider.
The service does not store uploaded files, but the text you write is stored while the trip exists. Be careful with sensitive data: you do not need to give the assistant your passport number for it to recommend a museum.
The decisions you take about the trip (visas, medical matters, insurance, travel documents) are your responsibility. Any suggestion the AI makes in that area is general guidance, not professional advice.
Your itineraries, your notes and the conversations you write are yours. You can use them, print them, export them and delete them whenever you want.
The software, the design, the interface texts and the product's brand are ours, and we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service under these terms.
When you publish a trip and choose to make it visible to other people, you allow us to show it in the discovery feed, with its title, its itinerary and its cover image, until you unpublish it.
The service is provided free of charge and, at this stage, the amount paid by the user is zero. Our total liability to any user is limited to that amount: zero euros.
We are not liable for indirect losses: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of a booking, the cost of an alternative flight or of a nicer hotel, or any damage arising from AI-generated data being inaccurate or out of date.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, nor the rights you have as a consumer in your country.
You can close your account at any time from the privacy page of your account. Closing it deletes your account, your trips, your chat history and your saved trips. If you would rather take your data with you first, you can export everything as JSON with one click.
We may change or withdraw features of the service. If a change substantially affects your account, we will tell you with reasonable notice by email or in the app itself.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example through automated use, spam or an attempt to abuse the system. That decision does not affect your erasure rights: if the account is closed, its data is deleted anyway.
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the entity operating the service is established, which is listed in the legal notice of this site. The entity and the address for formal notices are the ones in that record.
Before going to court, write to us: almost every disagreement is resolved by email in a few days, and we prefer that to legal proceedings.
