Technical draft
Who publishes this site, who answers for its content, and how protected material is taken down.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
The legal entity details are missing
The legal notice cannot go live with placeholder details. Fill in the entity, the address and the tax identifiers in packages/config/src/brand.ts before taking the site to production: a legal notice with invented details is a legal problem, not a layout detail.
This website is edited and published by the entity that operates the service. Its identifying details are the ones in the record below, and that record is the valid reference for any communication.
The record is completed with the entity's details at launch. Meanwhile, if any of the fields is marked as pending, the notice is incomplete and should not be used as a contractual reference.
The person responsible for editing and publishing the content of the site is the same entity, through its contact address. When the content is produced by the product's artificial intelligence assistant, the editorial responsibility is still the entity's: the content is reviewed and published under its control.
The tax identification number, the company register and the registration details appear in the entity record. If any of them is not available yet, it is marked as pending instead of inventing a number: an invented tax identifier is a legal problem, not a layout detail.
The itineraries, prices, schedules, availability and recommendations shown on this site and in the product are informative and indicative. They come from providers and from a language model that can get things wrong, and they do not constitute an offer, a booking or professional advice.
The only binding information is in the contracts you sign with a provider: those contracts are made with the provider, under their terms and their deadlines.
This product shows itineraries and activities whose origin is providers and third-party catalogues. If you believe any content infringes copyright, you can ask for it to be removed by writing to the legal address listed in the entity record, with the subject line shown below. We handle notices within ten working days.
So that we can remove the content as fast as possible, the notice should include: an identification of the material you consider to be infringing and its exact location in the service, your name, contact address and signature, a good faith statement that the removal is legitimate, and the physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on your behalf.
| Field | What to write |
|---|---|
| Subject | Takedown notice |
| Protected material | Description of the material and where it appears (link to the trip or activity) |
| Your details | Name, contact address and signature |
| Statement | I declare that I have authority over the material and that its removal is legitimate |
| Signature | Physical or electronic signature of the authorised person |
For any communication related to this notice, for the takedown procedure or for privacy questions, use the details in the entity record. User rights requests also have their own channel, with identity verification, on the account privacy page.
We acknowledge and answer takedown notices within ten working days of receiving them.
